Print & Mail Production Associate - Part Time

General Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistent, outstanding customer service experience

  • Setup and operate digital print, binding and other related equipment

  • Assist customers with print and mail service needs in person, through email, and by phone

  • Assemble packages and prepare goods for shipping and delivery

  • Occasionally deliver finished products to customers

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required

  • Software knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, MS Office helpful. Canva skills a plus.

  • Proven exceptional customer service skills

  • 6+ months of print industry or customer service experience desired

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Clean driving record and current driver’s license

  • Ability to multi task

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Quick learner

  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
